Booking Problems for India Trains
There are a few common booking problems for Indian trains.
One is the annoyance of not being able to book a short-haul trip on a long-haul train when booking Indian train tickets online.
For example, many people try to book trains from Jaipur to Sawai Madhopur, which is a very short leg on the long train from Jaipur to Mumbai.
Because it is such a short distance, Indian booking systems won’t let you book it online.
Instead, you can try booking a ticket to the next large station on the line.
In the previous example, that would mean booking a train ticket from Jaipur to Kota and getting off one stop early at Sawai Madhopur.
